Dr. Luis Francisco Montaño is a plastic and aesthetic surgeon graduated from the School of Plastic Surgery of the Jaliscian Institute of Reconstructive Surgery “Dr. José Guerrerosantos” , affiliated with the University of Guadalajara, Mexico... He completed his training in general surgery at the Hospital “Dr. Luis E. Aybar” in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, an institution affiliated with the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He also graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine of the Central University of the East in the Dominican Republic. Currently an active member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) , Dr. Montaño is recognized for his commitment to excellence in the field of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He graduated from the prestigious Faculty of Medicine of the Autonomous University of Baja California, and later trained as a  specialist in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the General Hospital of the State of Sonora, SSA. He has been offering his professional services for more than 28 years in public and private health institutions. For 9 years, he has been practicing privately at the renowned Premier Medical Center in the city of Tijuana, Baja California. Professor of the Otorhinolaryngology course at the UABC Faculty of Medicine for 23 years, former president and active member of the College of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery of Tijuana.
